3. Description of Services
3.1 Crypto-to-Crypto Arbitrage Model
Gapsite provides a fully automated arbitrage system that identifies price discrepancies across multiple cryptocurrency exchanges and executes arbitrage transactions without risk exposure.
- We do not execute manual arbitraging on behalf of users—all transactions are performed algorithmically.
- We do not engage in speculative trading, leverage trading, or market-making activities.
- Our arbitrage model is strictly risk-free, as transactions are only executed when a guaranteed profit exists.
3.2 Supported Assets and Exchanges
- Gapsite only supports cryptocurrencies; fiat currencies are not supported.
- The list of supported assets and exchanges is subject to change based on liquidity, regulatory compliance, and market conditions.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their external wallets and exchange accounts are compatible with Gapsite’s system.
3.3 No Minimum or Maximum Deposit
- Users can allocate any amount of funds to arbitrage, as we impose no minimum or maximum deposit limits.
- Users must ensure their deposited assets are available and tradable for arbitrage execution.
4. Fees, Commission, and Payment
4.1 Commission Structure
- Gapsite charges a 30% monthly commission on arbitrage profits.
- This commission is never deducted automatically due to Singaporean regulatory restrictions.
- Users must manually pay the commission directly from their active balance—additional funds do not need to be deposited.
4.2 User Responsibility for Commission Payments
- Failure to pay the monthly commission may result in temporary suspension or restricted access to the platform.
- Gapsite does not apply penalties or interest on unpaid commissions, but users must clear outstanding fees before resuming arbitrage operations.
4.3 No Hidden Fees or Withdrawal Restrictions
- Gapsite does not charge hidden fees, withdrawal fees, or inactivity fees.
- Users maintain full withdrawal rights and can remove funds from their accounts at any time.
5. User Funds and Security
5.1 Non-Custodial Model
- Gapsite does not hold, manage, or withdraw user funds.
- Users maintain full control over their assets at all times.
5.2 External Exchange Risks

5.3 User Security Responsibilities
- Users must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
- Users must safeguard their credentials—Gapsite is not responsible for loss of funds due to user negligence.
